3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights The CI Director, including all system instructions, prompts, templates, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of ChrisalysWorks. Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own internal business or personal use. You may not distribute, share, repackage, or resell this document, its prompts, or any of its contents to third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability This digital toolkit is designed to be used with third-party Artificial Intelligence platforms (such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). ChrisalysWorks is not responsible for the ongoing functionality of these third-party platforms, nor for the accuracy of the data generated by the AI. All strategic business decisions made based on AI outputs are at your own risk.
Refund and Return Policy
Because the CI Director is delivered instantly as a digital PDF download containing proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. Once the digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions: If you have purchased the product but have not yet downloaded or accessed the file, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
